School of Hard Knocks is a Quest in Kingdoms of Amalur:Re-Reckoning. School of Hard Knocks is a Side Quest available to the player. Completing School of Hard Knocks will give additional loot, items, experience or equipment, but it is not necessary to complete the game's main story.

 

Onesimos, the master of Idylla's school of philosophy, has asked me to debate some of his scholars. My first opponent is a Kollossae named Thais. I should seek him out and accept his challenge.

School of Hard Knocks Walkthrough

  • Talk to Onesimos in The Lykeios at the Idylla Concourse. He wants you to have a debate with each of his scholars.
  • You will need to debate Thais, Sistus, Xeno and Phine. Pick any option and then fight the scholar, return to Onesimos and then debate the next scholar.
  • After this, return to Onesimos. Answer his question and defeat him in combat to complete the quest.
