The Blackened Hall is a location in Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-reckoning. Locations contain various quests, enemies, and loots.
The Blackened Hall is an ancient Erathi palace that was once the home of a lord named Lir, though it is unclear whether Lir was an Erathi or some other race. Lir married Aife, a lady who was actually a Niskaru in disguise, she slaughtered the lord and his servants and the Niskaru took control of the hall. The Fateless One is sent here by Grim Onwig to retrieve an artifact called the Glass of Ambient.
