Belen's Testament is a faction in Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-reckoning. Each faction has its own story, quests, and characters; some offer houses the Fateless One can own, others promise treasures untold.
The Fateless One first comes across members of the Testament when they first enter the Red Marches, where a man known only as "Strange Merchant" - who considers himself a missionary - approaches the player and advises them to not waste their time down in nearby Galette - there is no one left alive in the village. These members of the Testament have just vaporized a number of his flock, who gathered together in the village, all in an effort to please Belen and in exchange receive Belen's servitor titan on earth. The Strange Merchant/missionary of Belen reassures the player that they too will see "paradise", thrusting the player into battle with him and his two accompanying cultists.
After descending into Galette, the Fateless One can find one of the few remaining people and a witness to their battle in town - Colm Alba, a Ljosalfar man whose twin brother, Giran, was supposedly swayed by the cultist missionaries and, in Colm's belief, brainwashed into joining the Testament. Colm asks the player to help locate and safely recover Giran, thus beginning the quest His Brother's Keeper.
